In 2000, our Guru started a SaaS company focusing on improving customer experience. This company attracted $150M of Venture Capital funding, from funds both in the UK and US. It grew to be a global company employing over 450 people with a $100M run rate of subscriptions. The success of this company led to an acquisition by a company that generates over $1BN revenue each year.
