Agata Mabena

Agata Mabena has over 12 years of experience providing guidance and leadership to senior managers in startups and SMEs in various industries including professional services, hospitality, retail and food manufacturing. Agata has also provided one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and educational seminars at colleges & schools, as a Mentor for Steps Ahead Mentoring, devoting her time to mentor young and disabled people to improve their employability skills and step closer to their first job. Agata holds a BA (Hons) in Business, with French, and an MA in Human Resources with Employment Law, supplemented in 2020 by a course on USA Employment Law. Agata is a Chartered CIPD Member and has been a certified ITA NLP Practitioner since 2015. While not working, Agata enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
