Fazane Fox

Fazane Fox is the founder of Fazane Fox Production Agency, an integrated fabric-led product development and production partner supporting founder-led brands to take ideas from concept through to scalable manufacture.

With experience supporting more than 130 brands across fashion, technical apparel, adaptive products, and wearable innovation, Fazane and her team specialise in helping early-stage and scaling businesses move from first production to commercially viable, margin-aware supply chains. Having also started her own fashion brand earlier in her career, she understands first-hand what it takes to build a product-based start-up.

She works closely with founders to simplify supplier structures, improve product cost engineering, and develop production strategies that support investment readiness and long-term growth, particularly for purpose-led products designed to solve real-world problems.

Through Startup Gurus, Fazane supports founders navigating the transition from prototype to production, helping them make confident technical decisions and avoid common pitfalls that can slow scaling businesses down.

Outside of work, Fazane is also a successful house DJ.
