JD Ghosh

JD has over 30 years of extensive experience in designing, drafting, and implementing all kinds of employee share-based and cash-based incentive arrangements.

His expertise encompasses advising on employee benefit trusts and employment related securities taxation, often with an international dimension, and always to meet HMRC requirements.

Prior to joining MM&K, JD worked in a Big Four accountancy practice and prior to that with an international law firm. Before being enrolled as a Solicitor, JD qualified as a Barrister.
